Mines Manager
Mr. P Sreenivas Rao has been part of Team VSLP since 2006 at the Gurha East Lignite Mines. He is responsible for planning the operations of the mines, ensuring compliance and reporting the same through statutory reports to the respective authorities.
VSLP acknowledges Mr. Rao’s significant contribution which directly results in the uninterrupted supply of lignite to the power plant.
VSLP also congratulates Mr. Rao’s who, unfazed by the difficult circumstances prevailing during the lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic, went on to acquire the First Class Mines Manager accreditation from the Government of India.
Deputy Manager – Operations
Mr. Chandrashekhar Nama has been part of Team VSLP since 2014 and is stationed at Bikaner. Mr. Nama is responsible for the Desk Operations and Unit Stabilization. He is entrusted with the responsibility of guiding newly hired Desk Engineers and bringing them up to speed with their respective responsibilites.
VSLP congratulates Mr. Nama for getting accredited as Energy Manager under Energy Conservation Act 2001 from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Govt. Of India.
VSLP also places on record the important role Mr. Nama played during the pandemic. VSLP congratulates Mr. Nama.
Assistant General Manager – Operations
Mr. Ketan Kumar Balubhai Vyas has been a part of Team VSLP since 2012 and is stationed at Bikaner.
Mr. Vyas is a qualified Boiler Operation Engineer’s from Dept of Factories and Boiler from Govt. of Rajasthan. After demonstrating his proficiency to the Board of Examiners appointed by the said authority, Mr. Vyas was granted a Certificate of Proficiency in Boiler under the Boiler Operation Engineer’s Rules, 2011, authorising him to be in charge of boilers of any type or size within 50 meters radius of each other.
